The terms that apply when you book a collection with BubbleIQ.

Orders and collection
How an order is confirmed, how weight is measured, and what happens if nobody is at the address.
Pricing and payment
Published rates apply. Define when payment is taken and how recharge balances are treated.
Care of garments
State the inspection process and how items with missing or damaged care labels are handled.
Liability
Define the limit of liability for loss or damage, and the window for raising a claim. This clause needs legal review.
Customer responsibilities
Emptying pockets, declaring delicate or embellished items, and flagging existing damage before collection.
